A.S.K 3 Star Steels - Steel and Wooden Furniture Delivery & Shipping Policy
A.S.K 3 Star Steels furniture items steel cot, wooden cot, digital almirah cupboards, bero is delivered through Gati Logistics or AKR Express for all cities in Tamilnadu, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Kerala, Goa and Maharashtra.
For Coimbatore Customers:
Option 1: Home Delivery (Till Gate only) & Unloading to be done by the Customer
A.S.K 3 Star Steels uses Truck Taxi (TATA Ace Vehicles) service for furniture delivery in Coimbatore. In this case, we offer 10% discount on website MRP price and delivery charge to be paid by the customer directly to Truck Taxi driver. Approximately delivery charge is Rs. 300 to 500 inside coimbatore city, and Rs. 700 - 1200 for nearby towns and villages in Coimbatore district (Annur, Mettupalayam, Pollachi, Avinashi, Tiruppur, Palladam, Mangalam, Kinathukadavu etc.,). Delivery vehicle will come till the gate and we request customers to unload the furniture from the vehicle and keep it in your house.
Option 2: Home Delivery and Assembling by in-house team
A.S.K 3 Star Steels uses own vehicle & in-house team for furniture delivery, unloading and assembling. In this case, our team will do the needful completely and customer has to place the order online or pay MRP amount through Google / PayTM / PhonePe to our mobile number 9443176269. 50 - 100% Payment to be done in advance as Cash on Delivery option is unavailable with us. We request customers to allow us 4 days for delivery and assembling. within 4 days, our team will come and delivery the furniture item. If Customer stays in Apartment (1, 2, 3 or 4 floors), customer has to share steps pics, steps width and lift size (if available), our team will look into it and plan for delivery. In some cases, we may cancel the order if steps are too narrow and customer stays in 4th floor without lift also we will refund the full advance amount.
For Tamilnadu, Karnataka, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh & Telangana Customers (All Places except Coimbatore District):
A.S.K 3 Star Steels uses AKR Express service for furniture delivery in Chennai, Trichy, Madurai, Vellore and other parts of Tamilnadu except Coimbatore, Karnataka, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh & Telangana . In this case, customer has to place the order online or pay MRP amount through Google / PayTM / PhonePe to our mobile number 9443176269 in advance as we Cash on Delivery option is unavailable with us. Furniture will be dispatched from our Coimbatore factory to Pickup location which is very close to customer place. It takes 4 -5 days furniture to reach the nearby pickup location. Once furniture is reached the pickup location, AKR team will intimate you for local delivery, Either you can take it from the pickup location on your own arrangements or AKR will arrange local delivery and local delivery charge to be paid by the customer directly to local vehicle driver once it reaches your house gate. Approximately local delivery charge is Rs. 200 to 300. Delivery vehicle will come till the gate and we request customers to unload the furniture from the vehicle and keep it in your house. Surely delivery vehicle driver will help for unloading.
For AKR Express delivery, usually we pay 10% of furniture order value. If delivery charge comes above 10% of order value, customer has to pay the balance delivery charge. Customer will get the delivery charge and AWB directly from the AKR Express. Due to raise it Diesel price, delivery charges are going nowadays, however we always negotiate AKR to charge the mininum for delivery.
For Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh & Telangana Customers - Option 2 GATI Service:
A.S.K 3 Star Steels uses GATI Service for Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh & Telangana customers who expect Door Delivery option. In this case, customer has to place the order online or pay MRP amount through Google / PayTM / PhonePe to our mobile number 9443176269 in advance as we Cash on Delivery option is unavailable with us.
Furniture will be dispatched from our Coimbatore factory and it will reach your home in 5 - 7 days. Gati delivery vehicle will come till the gate and we request customers to unload the furniture from the vehicle and keep it in your house.
Gati is a premium delivery service, and customer has to pay additional amount for the home delivery. For Gati delivery, usually we pay 10% of furniture order value and customer has to pay the balance delivery charge. Customer will get the delivery charge and AWB directly from the Gati. Due to raise it Diesel price, delivery charges are going nowadays, however we always negotiate Gati to charge the mininum for door delivery.
