A.S.K 3 Star Steels e-commerce store never receives customer credit / debit or bank details from PayTM. We receive Transaction ID, amount details and Transaction status from PAYTM.

Step 6   - PayTM processes the received payment and transfer to our bank account immediately. Our Bank sends us the payment confirmation as the final confirmation.

Step 7 - Upon receipt of order Payment, A.S.K 3 Star Steels e-commerce team generates the order sheet and inform our furniture factory to make the delivery arrangements.

Step 8 - A.S.K 3 Star Steels furniture factory team checks the inventory and packs the ordered item. If the ordered item is unavailable then it will go for production. Ideally Production will take 2 – 3 days for regular furniture items and 15 days for Custom furniture items including steel cupboard bero and cot.

Step 11   - Gati’s local vehicle picks up the furniture item from our furniture factory, Coimbatore and deliver it in Gati’s Coimbatore Warehouse, Neelambur, Salem Highway.

Step 12 - Intercity Express Transfer. From Coimbatore, Gati sends the furniture item to Customer’s City / Town by express road transport. 

Step 13 - Furniture item arrives in Customer’s City / Town at Gati’s Warehouse.

Step 14 - Gati makes arrangement for local delivery from warehouse to customer's address.

Step 15 - Gati delivery team delivers the ordered furniture item to Customer at their location. Customer receives it happily!
